JGMS Government Services is seeking a temporary, full-time, on-site Mechanical Technologist (Welder)!

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Temporary | On-Site

Salary: $25.50/hour to $36.50/hour

Scope:

JGMS Government Services is seeking a motivated Mechanical Technologist (Welder) to contribute to our mission supporting our work at a premier laboratory in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Duties:

• ​​Perform mechanical fabrication (i.e., welding, cutting, machining),
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in welding (i.e. Arc, Mig, etc.)

Experience in operating heavy equipment (i.e. forklift, skid steer, etc.)

Able to lift 35 lbs

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Welding (or certificate)

Security Clearance:

Active DOE Q Security Clearance is required.

Background Check and Screenings
