MEP Cost Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Transparently support the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims.
  • Quickly and fairly resolve commercial, change order, and contract issues.
  • Assist in preparing and agreeing on final accounts, ensuring the client gets the best value from the work undertaken.
  • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
  • Support agile project management and clear decision-making through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
  • Actively participate in the tender/bid process, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee project spending by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team.

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
  • Are chartered or are on the path to completing it (we can help!).
  • Are willing to travel for short periods to meet with clients, partners, and your team.
  • Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
