MEP Project Manager

Salter Grange is currently recruiting an MEP Project Manager to join a leading MEP Contractor delivering innovative projects within the residential, hospitality, education, commercial, and healthcare sector.
 
Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as a MEP Project Manager on large-scale industrial and commercial. projects
 
In this role, you will oversee the installation/management of Mechanical &Electrical systems on site, ensure site safety, drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations on a £40 Million Pharmaceutical project.
 
Ideally, the MEP Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position and from a trade background or degree-qualified
 
 
MEP Project Manager Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
  • \n

  • Liaising with clients over design variations
  • \n

  • Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
  • \n

  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget
  • \n

  • Always ensuring health & safety is followed
  • \n

  • Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
  • \n

 
MEP Project Manager Requirements:

    \n
  • 3-7 years’ experience required.
  • \n

  • Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
  • \n

  • Proven record in coordinating and managing large projects.
  • \n
