About Us: We are a dynamic engineering firm providing comprehensive engineering services across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and multifamily projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) Lead Engineer to join our team and contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects in Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design and implementation of MEPF systems for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, medical, and multifamily developments.
- Prepare, review, and stamp/seal engineering drawings and documentation in compliance with Florida state regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure project compliance and quality control.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure best practices and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEPF engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects in Florida.
- Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Extensive knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
