Hours:
• Full Time - Hybrid ( In office Tuesday/ Wednesday, work from home M, Th, F)
• Mon-Fri: 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Requirements:
- Strong Administrative skills
- Retail experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Complete domestic and import purchase orders.

Has good time management skills and does well with deadlines

Communicates daily with vendors enhancing and maintaining strong working relationships.

Has experience scheduling, and speaking on the phone

Faxes, files and photocopies

Great organization skill and detail- oriented

Assist merchants by coordinating all travel arrangements weekly for 2-5 merchants and completes Merchandise Manager/Buyer itinerary paperwork including scheduling market appointments.

Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Pay Rate:
- $23/hour
