Role and Responsibilities:

➢ Accurate estimation of architectural metalworks & cladding projects

➢ Timely completion of quotations

➢ Keeping the customer informed and up-to-date

➢ Ensuring sufficient information is available to price the project

➢ Organisation and planning of tenders in collaboration with the pre-contract team

➢ Identification of process issues and suggestions for improvement

➢ Sales and best value proposals

➢ Tender analysis

➢ Materials take-offs ready for procurement

➢ Internal handover meetings to the post contract team

➢ Attending pre-contract and post tender meetings

➢ Develop knowledge of the pre-contract process

➢ To improve and optimise strike rate

➢ To support the team with excellent technical knowledge

➢ Pricing variations
