MEX_Manufacturing Engineer
Job Purpose Manufacturing Engineer - To Train to be a member of the Dana Mexico Engineering Center Team Key Qualifications: University degree in Engineering - 5-7 year Engineering Technology diploma. Experience with heat exchangers or heat transfer principles, knowledge of fluid mechanics and/or materials are an asset. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data. Key Accountabilities: Support daily production cells by troubleshooting, collecting and monitoring data to ensure equipment uptime and appropriate. Be the point of contact in the production cells to resolve equipment issues and install permanent corrective actions. Working with a cross functional team in-plant and external Advance Engineering including all deparments & KPi´s Identify and troubleshoot equipment and where required coordinate, supervise and liaise with outside contractors Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data to recognize.
