工作內容 1. Maintaining SOPs and ethical work practices in areas like animal welfare, rigorous research standards, advancement in the fields of academia and science, and the receipt of research funding. 2. The Engineer aids in the collection of tissues and biofluids, uses a wide range of other lab skills and procedures, including but not limited to molecular biology and biochemistry tests, and performs with a high level skill set in mouse model and cell experimental research. 3. In order to develop the teams‘ research capabilities and expand program growth and possibilities, they also educate and mentor students and new employees, which is an essential component of close cooperation. They also use their great time and work management experience to these tasks. 4. Strong attention to detail, skilled in organization and communications.4. Ability to multitask, work effectively, and maintain accurate records competent in general microscopy and fundamental biochemistry.5. Readiness to learn about managing rodents (if not already skilled).6.
