Mid-Level CRM Developer - London | Hybrid - £45,000 - £60,000
I'm working with a behemoth in the food and beverages industry who are looking to bring on an additional Mid-Level CRM developer to their 35+ agile team. The businesses has been running for 110+ years and is the owner of multiple household brands. Having bought in a new CTO last year, the business has sought to revolutionise their internal practices, having decided to move from Waterfall to Agile, having migrated from SAP to D365 and solidified areas of practice around code, best practices, testing, and frameworks. As such, they've expended their IT team from 22 to 35 and have aligned them to their key areas of technology, including a relatively new CRM team. Within the team there are 4 key individuals, a Senior Developer, Junior Developer, Business Analyst and techno-functional consultant all working to best practices in their large migration and establishing the CRM system. Due to ongoing demand within the business to further flesh out and consolidate the platform, they're now looking for an additional developer to offer continued support within the team and help on key business areas such as cloud integration and plugin development.
Within the role you'll be expected to create dynamic plugins with C#/.net, help integrate the platform on Azure and collaborate with the existing CRM team to enhance the customer relationship management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Developer and CRM team to develop and maintain dynamic plugins using C#/.NET.
- Assist in the integration of the CRM platform on Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst and techno-functional consultant to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and cloud integration technologies to recommend and implement improvements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM development, with a focus on C#/.NET.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
