Mid-Level Piping Engineer

As a Mid-Level Piping Engineer at Kiewit Mexico, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the installation of piping systems for industrial projects. You will work closely with the project team, including engineers, designers, and construction professionals, to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities Develop detailed piping designs in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Perform stress analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of the piping systems. Create and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation related to piping design. Review and evaluate contractor proposals and designs. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping engineering. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant P&ID. Familiarity with industry codes and standards, such as ASME and API. English Upper Intermediate B2.
