Role Overview



Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join a well-established company based in Mildenhall. The ideal candidate will perform various welding techniques, with a focus on MIG welding, and assist with fabricating steel storage tanks to precise specifications.



Key Responsibilities:



* Perform MIG welding on 2mm mild steel and other materials.



* Fabricate steel storage tanks of varying sizes and capacities.



* Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.



* Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure quality standards are met.



* Carry out grinding, cutting, and other metal fabrication tasks as required.



* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.



* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.



What We’re Looking For:



* Experience in MIG welding (experience with other techniques is a bonus).



* Strong understanding of technical drawings and welding symbols.



* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.



* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
