Primary Responsibility: The Maintenance Technician will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to achieve the site's business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.
- Support the achievement of site business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: 2-year technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge:
- NFPA 70E, NEC, Best Practices.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive, and Pro-Active Maintenance.
- Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is .
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend at the waist, sit, kneel, climb, walk, etc., as required by the job.
- Capability to work 12-hour shifts every other weekend when business demands warrant a 24-7 continuous operation.
- Problem-Solving:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables to implement solutions.
