Opportunity to lead a function within the Technology Domain for an MNC BankExposure to industry best practices and tools to enable you to excel at your worAbout Our ClientThe organization is a renowned entity in the financial services sector, with a substantial presence in the investment banking industry in India.Job DescriptionThe key role involves stabilizing Platform Systems and managing ongoing projects for Legal Compliance & Secretariat (LCS), including conducting due diligence and finalizing implementation approaches with vendors and MOT. It acts as the primary contact between Local End Users/Stakeholders and the Group LCS Platform Team, ensuring effective coordination for timely and quality implementations, overseeing product MVPs, and managing user testing and production verifications. The role also oversees digital and business transformation, managing changes in procedures for Legal, Compliance, and Financial Crime Prevention functions, while driving the adoption of agile practices. It interfaces between Local Stakeholders and the Group LCS Platform, providing updates, attending governance meetings, and driving local platform meetings to discuss key accomplishments. Finally, it ensures sound platform governance, aligning with regulatory and senior management expectations, and tracking deliverables and milestones in line with Group LCS Platform Lead's KPIs.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 15 years of overall experience in the technology domain within the financial services sector managing FCSS, Legal or Compliance project implementations.Open to Mumbai as a location.The candidate should come with experience dealing with the investment banking industry.
