Mobile Building Services engineer 43K + Travel – London
I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is currently in search of a Mobile Building Services Maintenance engineer to join their growing team within London. The successful candidate will be providing installation, planned maintenance and servicing to a wide range of M&E equipment.
With two offices based within the UK, the company has grown from strength to strength since launching in in 2002 and provides building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions and capital projects works throughout the UK.
They mainly work with a wide variety of retail, hotel and leisure and commercial multi tenanted office spaces.
This mobile role will be covering London & The Home Counties working across their entire portfolio of clients.
The position will be carrying out service, maintenance, breakdown & repairs to all M&E Plant, such as :
- Plant room maintenance works
- Emergency light testing, Fan Coils, Filters, pumps, Motors, general plumbing.
- Emergency light test, Fire alarm Testing
- Lighting, Ballasts, UPS, BMS
- 1st and 2nd fix on lighting
- You will be expected to also carry out PPMs & Reactive across FM some of the time.
The successful candidate will be a strong all round building services engineer, comfortable with all M&E Plant and be qualified either electrically or mechanically.
In return my client is willing to offer:
40 – 43K – basic salary – 40 hour week
Van & Company Credit Card / Fuel Card
Travel time (engineer giving half hour EW)
25 days holiday + bank

Call out – 1 in 5 – 105 pound standby & D2D travel on call
