Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 per annum

Qualifications:

• 2391 Inspection and Testing
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience in Facilities Management (FM)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and testing
• Ensure compliance with 18th Edition regulations
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks across various sites
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Valid driving license
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No ccj’s as credit check required.
