£35,000 - £38,000 per annum basic plus vehicle - no call out with this role



Permanent position for a mobile maintenance electrician to cover a number of sites, mainly in Northamptonshire. This role is working days Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota and is happy working a steady 40 hours per week. 



Your main duties will include (but not limited to):



PPM tasks – emergency lighting/Tap Temps/Fire Door and Bay Door Inspections etc

Minor Reactive works

Contractor management

Minor fabric works - for example basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc).The ideal candidate will be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.



On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus van, 25 days annual leave plus stats, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
