Job description\n\nspecific responsibilities:\n\n * Perform planned preventative maintenance, installation, compliance tasks and reactive works\n\n * Knowledge of one of the following: heating systems, control panels, CCTV, fire alarm systems, UPS\n\n * Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems\n\n * Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks\n\n * Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair\n\n * Plumbing duties/plant room checks when required\n\n * General Building services work when required\n\nQualifications / Experience:\n\n * NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent with 18th edition wiring regulations\n\n * Experience of mechanical/plant room/plumbing duties\n\n * Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities\n\nBenefits\n\n * £40,000 per annum basic\n\n * Door2Door travel pay\n\n * Overtime\n\n * 33 Days Holiday\n\n * Ipad\n\n * Iphone\n\n * Vehicle (personal use)\n\n * Private Healthcare\n\n * Contributory Pension
