Mobile Maintenance Electrician - Wiltshire

Are you a Qualified Maintenance Electrician and looking for a role which will keep you working in the Wiltshire area. Do you wanted to work on Planned and Reactive Maintenance jobs but also get some small install works. This role could be for you



This Facilities Services Provider have recently opened an office in Trowbridge and are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover Planned, Reactive and Minor Electrical works across a portfolio of commercial buildings which include Schools, Offices, and some smaller buildings.



As Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will be responsible for all -



* Planned Maintenance such as Emergency Light and Fire Alarm testing



* Reactive Maintenance such as lighting and Power fault finding and repairs



* Remedial works such as replacing lights, lamps, pumps, motors, 2nd fix such as sockets and switches that need replacing



It will also be advantageous if you have some Mechanical experience, such as HVAC, AHu's, FCU's, general PPMs in Plant rooms etc....



Key Responsibilities Will Include



* Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.



* Be on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.



* Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.



* Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.



* Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.



* Understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.



* Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.



* Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.



Applicants For The Role Must Possess The Following



* Fully qualified Electrician



* 17th Edition or 18th edition



* HVAC Experience



* Mechanical / Plant room experience



* Testing and Inspection Desirable



* Experience working within commercial environments



* Excellent communication skills



* Driving License
