The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for handling mainly building envelope maintenance needs and property upkeep for about 20+ commercial and light industrial sites in the Richmond area.

:

- Visit customer buildings for regular check
-ins and general upkeep.

- Lighting maintenance (bulb replacement).

- Exterior painting.

- Gutter maintenance.

- Fire system checks.

- Light Plumbing.

- Light Electrical.

:

- 4+ years of commercial property maintenance experience.

- Prior experience servicing multiple properties .

- Skilled trades schooling .

- Ability to complete maintenance work independently.

- Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
