Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, install new Equipment, and diagnose and repair their existing equipment. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. 
Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for equipment repairs
• Evaluate and diagnose equipment problems
• Estimate the costs of equipment repair, service, and installation
• Repair equipment
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
• Teach homeowners how to operate their equipment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

Qualifications 

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Previous experience with hand and power tools
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Construction experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
