We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Mortgage Sales Manager to become a part of our team! Must have experience building and managing sales teams. This position is responsible for recruiting loan officers and managing the day-to-day sales activities of their sales team and overall origination processes within defined targeted goals. Proven history of established and documented Pipeline of Loan officers. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registration: NMLS License for State requirement originate/lend.

Compensation: Base Salary, Flexible, and Aggressive Comps.

Responsibilities:

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents 
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
•  

​Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry in a supervisory role in recruiting, customer service, human resources, operations, business development, or sales management.
• Setting and monitoring goals, implementing policies and procedures, and being Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp of products and regulations.
• Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Strong analytical and advanced technical/ computer skills. and mathematical skills.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills and excellent communication skills.
