Motorcycle Mechanic/Powersports Technician

We are looking for qualified Technicians & Mechanics with the desire to work on Powersports and other products such as; Snowmobiles, ATV's, UTV's, 2 & 3-wheel motorcycles, pontoon boats, and outboard motors. We provide a great work environment and will provide training as needed. The qualified candidate(s), will repair and service equipment, diagnose trouble faults, set up and assemble new units, and much more.

Technician responsibilities include: (but not limited to)

• Maintenance and repairs for various Powersports vehicles including snowmobiles, ATV's, SxS vehicles, and motorcycles.
• Experience in the field is but not required
• Applicants must have basic tools
• Makes and implements decisions regarding repair options.
• Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
• Determines the appropriate tests to perform on a vehicle to accurately identify the problem.
• Completes repair orders within specified time frame and notifies appropriate personnel if otherwise.
• Determines required parts to complete repairs and coordinates with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts on the first visit.
• Performs preventative maintenance, cleaning and repairs of dealership tools and equipment.
• Diagnoses vehicles using appropriate tools, equipment and resources.
• Provides technical advice and information to others as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Powersports service facility
• Own basic tools required to perform repairs and services
• Using hand and/or power tools and equipment consistent with industry standards
• Using physical and manual dexterity
• Driving a vehicle
• Using computers to look up and enter data
