MTX / DC Maintenance Engineer

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking "MTX/DC Maintenance Engineer” to be part of our successful team in our “MTX/DC Maintenance Team”.You have a challenging mission for:Collaborating with external providers, adeptly addressing preventive maintenance needs for technological plants spanning Buildings, Data Centers, Power rooms, HVAC, and PoP sites.What will you do: Conducts 1st level support maintenance actions and when necessary, activates SLA agreement for corrective maintenance. Escorts and supervises external provider in 2nd and 3rd level support services provision. Monitors service delivery for preventive & corrective maintenance though trouble ticketing tool and KPI’s. Creates incident reports for any E/M trouble ticket affecting customers. Assumes a leadership role in supervising and meticulously monitoring E/M projects progress, ensuring impeccable delivery. Conducts critical evaluations of power and A/C equipment maintenance logs, identifying opportunities for re-engineering and upgrades. Ensures appropriate working environment in office areas. Maintains housekeeping (neat, clean, and orderly manner) of all critical areas. It would be great if you have: Holds the title of Electrical Engineer (TEI), boasting a minimum of 3 years of seasoned experience in building & E/M infrastructure. Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of expertise in uninterruptible power systems (UPS, Rectifiers, Inverters, backup batteries, etc.). Exhibits a minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Conditioning/Ventilation for Comfort buildings and Data Centers (DX/CW, HVAC, VRV, CCU, Chiller, etc.). Displays knowledge in AutoCAD use, MS Office word and worksheet programs processing. Commands a good level of proficiency in the English language. Embodies self-motivation and excels in multitasking, showcasing a capacity for independent work. Demonstrates an exemplary level of organizational prowess.
