Job Description
Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)\n\nEnsure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical / Mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.\nCarry out reactive repairs on all systems as required calling relevant sub-contractors as required.\nCarry out all PPM maintenance as per the instruction set provided within Concept.\nReporting of all PPM defects via KPMG defect process and liaise with the supervisor of defect requirements.\nEnsure weekly equipment reports are updated with any change in status of equipment.\nLiaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs / quotations, monitoring performance of sub-contractor personnel. Ensuring works have been undertaken correctly and work area has been left in a satisfactory condition.\nSign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via your PDA in line with KPMG policies and procedures in a timely manner.\nEnsure a professional image is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.\nEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative and client's personnel.\nEnsure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.\nTo accurately maintain the site logs and associated paperwork.\nTo be involved in call out rota if applicable\nUnderstand and maintain the all systems on site\nLiaise and work with other trade engineers to ensure electrical issues on all systems are attended to and resolved within SLA agreementsSkills\n\nA good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical\nskills.\nRecognized Electrical Qualification\nC&G 17 th Edition in Electrical Installations & amp;G Test and InspectionKnowledge\n\nGood knowledge of various Building electrical systems and working to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes\nCurrent and relative knowledge of BS in relation to electrical systems on site Emerg ltg/Fire alarm/power/BMS etc.Experience\n\nPrevious working with structured PPM delivery\nExperience of working with business critical equipment\nWorking within customer focused role.\nPrevious working within health and safety led role\nExperience of electrical systems management and paperworkAptitude\n\nCommitted to the delivery of excellent customer service\nAble to work under pressure\nAble to make sound decisions when needed\nGood timekeeping\nMust be reliable and able to work without supervision\nA team player\nGood CommunicationCircumstances\n\nAble to work within a call out rota\nAble to work shifts within the contract set up\nWork between the London region KPMG sites\nTo be available for weekend and out of hours working as required.Randstad CPE values and promotes equality.
