Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer4 on 4 off Days and Nights06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00Annual Salary - £47,000People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join our well-established client based in Middlewich on a full-time permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity offering an amazing annual salary and room to grow and progress.BenefitsCompetitive salarySite parkingImmediate start availablePermanent full-time positionDay to Day DutiesAs a Multiskilled Engineer, your duties will involve:Carrying out electrical and mechanical PPM activities in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximize the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated systems.Ensuring on-site Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and maintaining accurate records/documentation associated with the PPM and plant maintenance.Responding promptly and effectively to all electrical and mechanical-related reactive maintenance issues.Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical and mechanical systems, including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, sensors, and control systems.Coordinating visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with electrical and mechanical aspects of the PPM schedules.Conducting fault diagnosis and repairs on systems including Heating, Ventilation, and Building Services.Assisting with the installation, modification, or commissioning of new equipment as required.Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.Completing accurate time-sheets and reports as required by management.Adhering to security policies and procedures.Other duties as requestedEssential SkillsIt is Essential as a Multiskilled Engineer if you:Strong problem solving & fault-finding skillsAbility to work on own or as part of a teamStrong organisation and planning skillsStrong cross-functional team playerContinuous Improvement mind-setGrowth MentalityNumerical and Mathematical reasoning skillsGood command of English both written and oralDemonstrates Problem solving attributes & analytical skillsHealth & Safety MindsetAbility to read & understand technical drawingsDesirable ExperienceIt would be desirable as a Multiskilled Engineer if you:Have knowledge of the 18th Edition rules and regulations of wiringFMCG or regulatory environment experienceTrainingIndustry related training and ongoing support throughoutContactIf you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or get in touch with our recruitment team to find out more.TPBN1_UKTJ
