National Human Resources Talent Development Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION You will be part of our Human Resources team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of talent development Your Role Your primary objective will be to implement our objectives by designing, influencing, coaching + facilitating talent development initiatives to support the business through both change + growth. Your Responsibilities The job holder needs to develop + deliver across their respective area ofscope. The areas of focus include: Performance Enablement + Succession PlanningLeadership + Talent Development programs.Onboarding + Training calendar for area of scope.Enhance, update + deliver training content across our suite of internal development interventions.Ad-hoc talent development projects including participating in project groups at a regional, cluster or national level.As such, you must build strong relationships with senior leaders in thebusiness to ensure our talent management as well as our learning + developmentsolutions meet the strategic needs of the business as well as integrate withthe Global/Regional programs + initiatives Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related filedAt least 5 years in talent development, organization development, alongside delivering a range of development interventions to support this across the organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable talent development initiativesBe proactive and a good team player and fluent in English.
