NDT Tester
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect parts for material defects and irregularities in semi-conductor weldments and gas lines.
- Conduct tests using appropriate NDT techniques.
- Interpret, evaluate, and document test results.
- Generate and organize NDT reports, and evaluate data for disposition.
- Support product and process failure root cause analysis.
- Obtain and analyze information skillfully.
- Provide support to manufacturing departments.
- Prepare QA reports as directed by the QA Manager.
- Support the control of the non-conforming material process.
- Support calibration of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive product quality.
- Assist in the development of quality plans, and implement established methods for new and existing products for inspection and test procedures.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in quality tasks, monitoring own work.
- Actively promote safety procedures, using all equipment and materials properly.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Edit and present numerical data effectively in written communications.
- Maintain confidentiality in interpersonal interactions.
- Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently using time management skills.
- Adapt to changes in the work environment.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical skills
- Small tools skills
- Basic metrology skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organization, verbal, writing, and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
· 1-2 years’ experience in a Basic mechanical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
