Job Title: Network Systems Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duties:
- Perform analytical and operational tasks to support cloud, network, and enterprise infrastructure services.
- Rack, stack, configure, manage, and analyze cloud, network, security, and wireless infrastructure.
- Provide feedback to engineers for continuous service improvement.
- Review engineering designs and validate or develop operational procedures and practices.
- Act as a cross-functional bridge between engineering teams and customers, ensuring positive outcomes that align with customer expectations.
- Provide troubleshooting and on-call support for cloud, network, security, and wireless services.
- Collaborate with engineers to evaluate, document, and deploy new products and services.
- Maintain a solid understanding of common infrastructure components, including cloud, network, storage, security, and wireless technologies.
- Rack, stack, and configure network, wireless, security, and cloud components.
- Conduct troubleshooting and manage incidents involving faulty hardware and configurations.
- Analyze engineered systems and documentation against customer expectations, providing feedback to Engineering for continual service improvement.
- Pursue focused training in one or more specialties, serving as an operational subject-matter expert and team leader for a specific technology (e.g., cloud, network, security, wireless).
- Participate in after-hours maintenance, including on-call support, security patching, and scheduled maintenance.
- Deliver service requests for infrastructure customers, such as DNS, DHCP, certificates, and VIPs.
- Utilize IT Service Management practices, including ticket updates, customer communication, change management, time tracking, and project updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Project Management: Capable of managing cross-functional projects that require collaboration across multiple stakeholders and leveraging diverse talents.
- Planning and Organization: Strong ability to organize and follow complex and detailed technical procedures.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cloud and network operations. Ability to troubleshoot cross-functional issues involving cloud, network, and security components, ensuring rapid resolution or escalation when necessary.
Education:
- Bachelor's or professional degree in electronics, engineering, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience in cloud/network analysis, operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CCNA certification .
Minimum Degree Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
