This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Dynamic RIBA chartered practice who provide forward-thinking design services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and newly qualified Architect to join their expanding team in their offices in their Altrincham offices.



To be successful in applying for the role of Newly Qualified Architect, the individual will need to have successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification with relevant experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to be ARB registered and need to have working experience with ArchiCAD, as well be able to boast design flair and technical drawing skills.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:



ARB registered

Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification

Proficient with ArchiCAD

Relevant experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice

Strong technical detailing and drawing skills

Experience working on numerous projects within the commercial sector

Good knowledge of UK building regulations and codes

Ability to work well independently and within a team

Excellent communication and organisational skills
