Job Description ACG_2383_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturer in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Production Launch and Style Change (30%): Ensure that production lines are prepared for style transitions and manage the seamless introduction of new product types without causing any downtime. Performance Improvements (30%): Continuously enhance production processes to increase efficiency, monitor real-time performance metrics, and manage employee incentives to meet production goals. Capacity Resources Planning (20%): Strategically plan for the capacity of resources, including machinery, tools, equipment, and workforce, to maintain balanced and efficient production operations. Technical Method Standardization (10%): Create and implement standardized technical methods to ensure uniformity and maintain high-quality production standards. Issue Resolution (10%): Detect and resolve production challenges on the factory floor, conduct root cause analyses, and apply corrective measures to prevent recurring issues. Requirements A degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Open to recent graduates or candidates with less than two years of experience. Knowledge of production processes, resource management, and improvement methodologies, along with proficiency in Excel for monitoring production metrics. Ability to quickly evaluate problems and implement effective solutions to achieve production targets. Strong capability to collaborate with production personnel, effectively conveying goals, solutions, and necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
