This vital role contributes to ensuring user safety and maintaining the integrity of online environments. Responsibilities Monitor online platforms for potential safety risks, inappropriate content, and policy violations. Investigate reported incidents and handle resolutions in a timely and effective manner. Provide guidance and support to users regarding safety policies, reporting procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance user protection strategies and safety initiatives. Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations related to digital safety and incorporate necessary updates into practices. Conduct educational workshops and training sessions to foster awareness of digital safety practices. Compile and analyze reports on safety incidents and trends to inform strategic planning and improvements. Requirements Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) along with English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a similar field is advantageous. Strong understanding of online safety guidelines, policies, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess incidents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with users and team members. Proficiency in online moderation tools and Microsoft Office applications. Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
