Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location: Peterborough, NH

Shift Type: Days (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, some flexibility possible)

Salary:

• Hourly: $34.00 - $55.00
• Annual: $70,720 - $114,400
• Possible Sign-On Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance (discussed during interview)

Role Overview:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works under the direction of a physician and is responsible for using radioactive materials to diagnose and treat human diseases. The role involves safe storage and disposal of radioactive materials, preparing correct dosages, administering them to patients, operating nuclear imaging instruments, and compiling test data for physician review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer radioactive materials for imaging and therapeutic purposes
• Operate specialized nuclear imaging equipment
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of radioactive substances
• Accurately record and interpret test results for physician analysis
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with physicians and medical staff to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Experience in nuclear imaging and radiation safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Strong technical and analytical skills
