Job Title: Odoo ERP Administrator

Located in West Valley City, UT

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP

system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing

environment, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enhance

ERP functionality. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the

ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple manner to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Management: Administer, maintain, and enhance the Odoo ERP system to meet

business needs.

  • Manufacturing & Operational Support: Leverage past experience in a manufacturing

environment to improve ERP processes and workflows.

  • Bug Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and collaborate with development

resources to resolve system bugs efficiently.

  • Quality Assurance & Deployment: Perform QA on bug fixes, validate solutions, and approve

fixes for release to production.

  • Feature Development & Project Management: Oversee new feature requests, ensuring they

are planned, developed, tested, and implemented successfully.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with multiple departments, including Operations,

Finance, IT, and Inventory, to improve ERP functionality and business processes.

  • Data Management: Import, export, and manage large data sets while ensuring accuracy and

integrity.

  • Training & User Support: Provide instruction and training for end users, ensuring adoption

and efficient use of the ERP system.

  • Change Management & Process Improvement: Stay organized and task-oriented, driving

change management initiatives to enhance ERP usability.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into simple,

understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Past experience working in one or more ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot ERP bugs and work with developers to resolve them.
  • Experience managing and executing ERP-related projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with importing, exporting, and managing large data sets.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of database and ERP systems.
  • Ability to perform QA testing on bug fixes and validate production releases.
  • Knowledge of change management best practices in ERP environments.
  • Experience training end users on ERP functionalities.
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL queries.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Highly organized and task-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for stakeholders.
  • Work Authorization: Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with serialized goods and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of API-based data integrations and automation within ERP systems.
