Office administrator for a midsize union electrical contractor.

Qualifications include:

  • Preferably worked with Structure or similar accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, GAAP, union-specific regulations,
  • Experience with Union benefits, union reports and payments
  • Experience with ADP payroll, or equal

Responsibility:

  • Transfer payroll information from ADP to structure
  • Keep track of union benefits and make timely payments
  • Keep up with certified payroll for required projects.
  • Developing monthly work in progress reports and the necessary journal entries
  • All period close duties
