We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.Job Responsibilities• Monitor incoming instructions, process trade and send out settlement instruction to custodians• Perform pre-matching of trades with counterparties• Prepare and input settlement instructions, funding and payment instructions for trade settlement• Monitor and update settlement status and settlement confirmation• Ensure settlement of trades in system• Prepare update to stakeholders• Prepare other reporting• Process fees and charges• Perform other duties assigned by team lead• Investigation of cash and securities breaks• Ensure filing, record retention and support record retrieval processJob Requirements• At least 1-2 years of banking operations experience preferably in securities settlement• Meticulous• Well versed with Microsoft word, excel• Knowledge of swift will be an advantage• Effective communication skills• Team player and willingness to learn
