Offshore EIA Project Manager

Spencer Ogden is delighted to continue supporting the growth of this household name consultancy in it's Offshore Development team across the UK. This role can be based in any of their offices in the UK (offices based across Scotland, England and Wales). Your role would be to lead our clients' EIA team to deliver EIA and Consents strategy for offshore wind and marine developments. This is a senior position, and you would be responsible for the project EIA P&L and programme. Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust offshore EIA, survey management, stakeholder engagement, and consenting advice, managing project budget and schedule. Serve as key client contact for offshore EIA, ensuring project objectives are met. Grow offshore wind project portfolio through business development efforts. Mentor junior staff and potentially manage team members. Stay updated on industry developments and share knowledge with team. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and templates, adding value and efficiencies.
