Offshore Housekeeping Supervisor

Labor - Assist in the hygiene of facilities, equipment and work utensils, ensuring its control and supervision;- Manage, organize and control the daily task of the cleaning and laundry team.- Actively participate in customer satisfaction, implementation of corrective actions and achievement of team objectives; - Ensure that the team understands and complies with the company's QHSE policies; - Ensure that the team respects good hygiene practices and HACCP rules during production activities; - Ensure good management of chemical products - Ensure that chemicals are properly identified and all documentation associate stays up to date Carry out dilution of chemical products to be used for cleaning; - Promote recommendations for continuous improvement and ensure that actions are implemented improvements proposed by the company; - Be aware of and transmit to the team the commitment to the management policy environmental; - Be aware and convey to the team the implications of non-conformities in environmental management system requirements; - Participate in the assessment and mitigation strategies of environmental impact.This description is not limited, and some other achievements could be requested to you according to client and company needs.Your role must be accomplished in compliance with Group standards and guidelines, including involvement, sense of responsibility, ethics, transparency, and honesty.
