Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator

We’re looking for an Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Chatham. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth candidate onboarding and full compliance with industry regulations. What You’ll Do:



✅ Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for Candidates



✅ Ensure full compliance with HMRC, CIS, IR35, and PAYE regulations



✅ Assist with self-onboarding processes



✅ Perform regular audits and maintain compliance records



✅ Work with recruitment agencies and contractors to ensure smooth onboarding



✅ Identify areas for improvement and help streamline compliance processes



What We’re Looking For:



- Experience in compliance, payroll, or contractor onboarding (umbrella payroll experience is a plus!)



- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills



- Excellent verbal communication skills to liaise with Candidates over the phone.



- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment



- Proficiency with compliance software and digital platforms



A degree in Business, HR, Compliance, or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
