Onshore Engineer (Attn: SUNJ)
Responsibilities: Carry out the maintenance, service, repair and modification of allocated company assets in accordance with company procedures and individual competency. Carry out troubleshooting of assets as directed by the line manager. Complete asset job cards detailing all work undertaken. Carry out pre-mobilisation inspections/testing of company assets completing the necessary inspection paperwork. Carry out detailed inspection on returned assets noting any damage or issues and recording details as per company procedures. Ensure the correct and safe use of all tools supplied by the company. Maintain the workshop and yard in a clean, tidy and safe condition, reporting any defects or observations to the line manager. Support junior members of workshop team and guide/mentor as requested by the line manager. Contribute to toolbox talks and safety meetings as needed. Follow all company risk assessments for workshop operations. Follow company procedures for reporting any HSEQ issues to the line manager. Contribute positively to the business’ target reductions for energy and waste. Inspect, service, repair equipment on hire locally and within Asia region. Requirement: Completed Technical Education Ability to work with tablet devices for completion of asset reports. Flexibility to work outside normal working hours if required. Flexibility to complete assigned tasks within abilities and competency. Ability to work in under pressure and tight time constraints.
