CBA Elevator Consultants, LLC is a leading consulting firm specializing in vertical transportation solutions. Established in 2003, we pride ourselves on excellence in design, engineering, and customer service. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an Operations Accounting Manager with strong Deltek Vantagepoint experience to lead our accounting operations and drive financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies and best practices.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements to support tax preparation and strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections to support business growth.
• Partner with the Sales Team to review financials, job contracts, and RFPs, ensuring project profitability.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate financial reports, conduct analysis, and present findings to leadership.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, ensuring department effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s degree or CPA ).

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years in accounting, preferably within a consulting or public accounting firm.
• Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and financial system enhancements.
• Experience leading an accounting team and managing cross-functional financial processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000+ commensurate with qualifications and experience.
