Own Project Lifecycles : From bidding to deployment, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of security solutions, ensuring that everything runs on time and stays within budget. Vendor & Partner Management : You’ll build strong relationships with vendors and technology partners, negotiating the best terms and ensuring we have everything we need to meet project demands. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with project managers and internal teams to forecast project needs, schedule tasks, and effectively allocate resources. Implement Rigorous Review Mechanisms : You'll ensure projects stay aligned with client specifications and industry regulations by applying thorough review processes. Develop & Train Your Team : Oversee the training and development of team members so they are prepared for the challenges that come with complex security integrations. The Profile What You Bring: Experience : A minimum of 5 years in electronic security or a related field, with a proven track record in a management role. Project Management Expertise : Demonstrated success managing security projects for high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of current electronic security products and systems, enabling you to stay ahead of industry trends. Communication Skills : You’re comfortable engaging with everyone, from C-level executives to government officials and internal teams, driving effective collaboration. Attention to Detail : You’re meticulous and can juggle multiple tasks, even under pressure. Strategic Thinking : You’re able to think several steps ahead, solving problems efficiently and keeping projects on track.
