Operations Administrator - transport and logistics
Randstad is currently recruiting for an Administrator position to join a large transport and logistics company on the Gold Coast for an immediate start. Ideally you will have experience within this industry - booking in freight or similar however not essential! This is a full time permanent position to start January 2025 Key duties - General administration duties and customer service Booking in freight, pick up bookings Scheduling and allocating time slot deliveries Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Assisting with depot pallet control Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed First point of contact for all enquiries Ideally you will have - Previous experience in an administration or customer service role Must be computer literate and experience using excel to track freight Previous experience in a transport admin role is highly desired however not essential Excellent customer service and a communication skills You will be joining a supportive company with on the job training.
