Clear Creek Systems, is a leading water technology company, specializing in the treatment of groundwater, stormwater construction dewatering, industrial process water, PFAS, and other hard-to-treat sources. For over 25 years Clear Creek has been a pioneer in providing turn-key services, including design, build, install & operation. Our experience using a range of water treatment technologies allows us to provide customers with both custom and cost-effective solutions. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our operations team. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with a solid work ethic, attention to detail, technological savvy, and an innovative problem solver. The positions require candidates who can work well as part of a team, stay on task while working alone, and able to learn the technical aspects and applications of our technologies and service offerings.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Successful candidates will have a technical maintenance background with a mechanical aptitude to combine with experience and expertise in the following:

  • Water Treatment
  • Chemical Handling
  • Industrial Systems Maintenance
  • Industrial and/or Construction OSHA requirements
  • Root cause analysis and process improvement
  • Process and Flow Design with the ability to interpret P&IDs
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Knowledge of Pumps and Water Piping

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to communicate with clients and vendors (both written and verbal)
  • Management and Organizational skills
  • Clean driving record & Drug-free.
  • Employment may require travel, weekend shifts, and night shifts.
  • Travel regionally as required per project

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with Sales Team, Assembly & Fabrication Team, and Management
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resources. Identifying plausible friction points and resolving issues.
  • Controls project plan and cost while ensuring quality and specifications.
  • Prepares project submittals; communicates design and specifications, summarizing project status; responding to requests for information, and submitting requests for information.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications and reviewing best practices.
  • Ensures client job site requirements and OSHA requirements are met.
  • Contributes to the team by accomplishing tasks and obtaining desired results as needed.

Industrial System Operations and Maintenance:

  • Responsible for the transition between the project completion and closeout phase to the Operations and Maintenance steady state.
  • Assists in developing and updating O&M Manuals, proposals, and forms.
  • Aids in T&M modifications to existing Industrial Sites and Long-Term Maintenance Plans.
  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Contributes to the team by accomplishing tasks and obtaining desired results as needed.

  • We have a written Drug and Alcohol Substance Abuse Program
  • Our safety program is based upon the fact that safety is everyone’s responsibility and that everyone has the responsibility to stop work if they feel their own safety, the safety of another, or the safety of equipment is being compromised.
  • CCS requires Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Safety meeting to be completed at the beginning of each shift and as the operational plan changes during the shift.
