See where your commitment could take you.GHD Philippines has an exciting leadership opportunity for an Operations Director.Primary Functions: Assist the Regional General Manager in leading Business Group performance to achieve required KPIs that collectively deliver Regional performance that meets GHD’s strategy, financial expectations and aligns with GHD’s operating procedures; through effective and efficient leadership, development of senior management talent and the implementation of the Philippines business plan for the region. Provide direction and leadership on clients, markets, pursuits, proposal, and projects. Responsibilities include: Responsible for leading all aspects of project deliverables through close liaison with the BGL/Project Directors and key clients as needed. Driving performance of the Business Groups through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring. In collaboration with the Market Leaders, responsible for ensuring performance targets of their business groups are met, growing the business and identify opportunities. In collaboration with the team and regions, developing key client relationships and driving the GHD client experience. Providing leadership that supports high levels of engagement, strong culture and GHD values. Working closely with the Regional Leadership team to implement the Regional Business Plan. Illustrating support and compliance with the requirements of the GHD Health and Safety Management System, Integrity procedures and Quality Management processes and systems. Supporting the GHD Brand by building industry profile through activity with regional industry bodies and associations. Working in conjunction with other Operations Directors to leverage business across the region. Driving a mentoring and coaching culture to support our leaders in succession planning and developing our people.
