Operations Engineer

Ensign is hiring !Job ScopePerform routine operational tasks in administration and support of security solutions and supporting infrastructure located at customer sites, in accordance with the established policies, procedures and processesWork with other team members to meet or exceed operational SLA, especially on patching and incident managementDevelop and continually update procedures, processes and documentation for operations in accordance with customer requirements and best practices.Prepare operational reports (periodic and ad-hoc) accurately and timely.Comply with all service management requirementsExecute Service Requests submitted by the customer within the agreed timelineTrack operational metricsImplement mitigations to identified risksRemediate security findings from security assessmentsRespond to system alerts and incident reported by customer after office hoursPerform system maintenance after office hoursProvide standby support after office hoursRequirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related discipline2 or more years of professional work experience in operations of IT infrastructure and/or cyber security projectsGood knowledge of common security solutions or infrastructureProven experience in cyber security operations especially in public sector is advantageousGood knowledge of log collection, log management systems, SIEM and/or threat intelligence platforms is a plusAble to manage customer and work in customer premisesAble to work under pressure and tight timelines
