Operations Engineer

We’re Hiring: Operations Engineer Garment IO delivers a comprehensive garment manufacturing management solution, combining software and hardware for real-time insights into production, worker performance, and cost. Join us as an Operations Engineer to manage and optimize our manufacturing solutions, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Duties & Responsibilities   Support factories with training, issue handling and responding to inquiries   Analyze new factory requirements and document them   Conduct frequent factory visits for consultancy, support and training   Maintain effective, prompt and accurate communication with all factories   Map pre-deployment manufacturing processes for new factories   Coordinate with Admin to maintain accurate records of equipment, devices and hardware   Coordinate hardware and equipment deliveries to factories and issue their delivery receipts   Requirement   +2 years of experience in account management or Deployment Engineering   A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is a Must. Willingness to travel to factories in Egypt and abroad on short-term assignments Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English Effective and organized online and face-to-face communication skills Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse groups from different backgrounds Ability and persistence to work alone in large factories Strong time management capabilities Dedication and commitment to deliverables.
