Summary: As an Operations Engineer in the Advanced App/Cloud Support &  Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and  managing the delivery of production systems and services. Your typical day will  involve ensuring operational requirements are met and service agreements are  fulfilled in the field of Enterprise Network Operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute  on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and  across multiple teams. Ensure smooth operations and delivery of production  systems and services. Manage operational requirements and service  agreements. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary  changes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance  operations. Professional & Technical Skills: Required Skill: Proficiency in  Enterprise Network Operations. Strong understanding of network protocols  and technologies. Experience in troubleshooting network issues and  providing solutions. Knowledge of network security principles and best  practices. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Ability  to analyze network performance and optimize for efficiency. Excellent  problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and  collaboration abilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have  minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. This  position is based in Manila. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
