Operations Engineering Manager

Job Description : Scope of Responsibility: •Push manufacturing performance, to reach low input, high output target Core Responsibilities: •Managing Production improvement •Customer Service and Logistics •Managing Materials and Services •Engineering and Capital Project Management •Demonstrating the leadership values inherent in our EOHS and Quality principles and systems. •Leveraging analytical tools and business data to improve total performance of the Supply Chain. •Integrating financial data and cost drivers to minimize total delivered product cost and to initiate savings projects •Design, set up manufacturing operation system, to manage manufacturing all production performance. •Set up all products cost standard ,strengthen cost management •Submit improvement projects, organize or co-ordinate to finish, improve operation level •Supervise, control all production indication, give feedback in time, follow up problem solution, and help to reach target. •Make yearly production budget (capacity /labor /power/ material loss /NVO/Project budge /yearly saving, etc.), and do concerning middle year budget, audit, adjust, to reach co. operation target •Organize, co-ordinate internal and outer manufacturing co-operation works, to get high efficiency. (not regular) •Make manufacturing training plan ,organize , reinforce training works •Provide manufacturing operation data to other departments ,to co-operate whole co. operation .(Not regularly) •Continuous Improvement: Using continuous improvement (CI) tools to drive growth, profitability, and people development. Job Requirement : • At least 3 years working for Operations and maintenance/engineering departments (preferably in Consumer Goods Industry experience) • Good data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills. Familiar with Operations management/ processes/ Industrial engineering tools & processes. Project planning, coordinating & management skills. Good communication, both in Vietnamese & English. Office tools (especially Excel & Access), SAP, Minitab.
