We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to become an integral part of our International Moving and Logistics team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. Experience in the field is required

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Support worker communication with the management team.

​Qualifications:

• More than 2 years experience in the logistics or transportation field
• Familiarity with the ports and customs operations
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
