Job Description

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter covering Wiltshire and occasionally London areas. Working for a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on day to day repairs and reactive maintenance.
Some benefits the Multi Skilled Carpenter will receive:

• £22 per hour
• Temp to perm position
• Your own company vehicle and fuel card
• Full uniform and safety equipment is provided
• 08:00-17:00 MON- FRI

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter you will be responsible for:

• Fitting of various types of doors
• First and second fixing carpentry
• Kitchen installations
• Minor plumbing

The successful Multi Skilled Carpenter will:

• Have a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
• Must be competent in kitchen fitting
• Full current driving license
• A DBS check
• Own hand tools

The experience required for the Multi Skilled Carpenter role:

• Kitchen and/or bathroom installations - 1st & 2nd Fix.
• Be able to competently complete basic plumbing repairs
• Domestic or social housing experience
